Ethereal Waves
As the ocean waves ebb and flow, thus does energy ebb and flow like ethereal waves deep within the ocean of your soul, and with each surge you can feel yourself becoming so relaxed and at peace, releasing all negativity from your mind, body, and soul, as each muscle yields to this relaxing ebb and flow of energy.
Turning your soul over to nature, all becomes easy and calm as your body sways with the relaxing waves, naturally and easily saturating the whole of who you are, now, allowing every part of your body, mind, and soul to be in harmony, creating a perfect, special place, where only you know deep within your soul, how to get there with ease of mind.
You might feel the waves ebb and flow through you, within you, deep to your core, or perhaps you can breathe deep and smell the essence of pure, clean, energy surging. Sometimes, you can close your eyes for just a bit and simply enjoy letting the visions of waves develop, and if you listen closely, you may even hear the ebb and flow, like ocean waves, so soothing and calming, in a way that only nature can provide.
